We are looking for a team member to join our headquarters as a R&D Hardware Design Engineer, We are looking forward to receiving your application.
Power Electronics and Analog Systems
We are looking for an R&D Hardware Design Engineer to take an active role in the development of advanced electronic hardware platforms for power electronics, EV charging systems, battery management systems, and industrial energy technologies.
This role is intended for an engineer who can contribute across the full hardware development lifecycle — from concept definition and architecture development to schematic design, simulation, PCB realization, laboratory validation, design refinement, and transition to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute hardware development activities for power-electronics-based products and subsystems, including control, measurement, protection, and auxiliary power stages,
- Translate system and product requirements into robust hardware architectures and design solutions,
- Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for sensing, conditioning, protection, power conversion support, and interface functions,
- Perform component selection, design trade-off analysis, schematic capture, and engineering validation of critical design decisions,
- Contribute to simulation, worst-case design review, tolerance analysis, thermal considerations, EMC/EMI-aware design, and reliability-driven engineering decisions,
- Work closely with firmware, system, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams throughout development and productization phases,
- Support board bring-up, root-cause analysis, design verification, and technical issue resolution during prototyping and pre-production stages,
- Drive design improvements based on validation results, manufacturability constraints, field feedback, and product performance targets,
- Prepare and maintain high-quality engineering documentation including design files, interface definitions, BOMs, validation records, and revision history.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline,
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD/Cadence, KiCad, or equivalent EDA platforms,
- Solid experience in hardware design for analog, mixed-signal, or power-electronics-related systems,
- Strong understanding of hardware architecture development, schematic design, and PCB-based product realization,
- Experience in designing circuits involving measurement chains, protection functions, signal conditioning, gate/interface stages, auxiliary power structures, or control-related analog blocks,
- Strong engineering judgment in component selection, design robustness, and practical implementation trade-offs,
- Experience supporting prototype verification, debugging, validation, and iterative design improvement,
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary R&D environment with a product-oriented mindset,
- Strong documentation discipline and structured engineering communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EV charging systems, battery systems, energy storage products, power converters, inverters, or industrial power electronics,
- Hands-on background in hardware simulation and design analysis,
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI-conscious design, thermal behavior, creepage/clearance considerations, and reliability-oriented design practices,
- Knowledge of DFM, DFT, DFA, FMEA, or production release processes,
- Experience supporting design verification, compliance-oriented development, or manufacturing transfer activities.
